The Throughline Board of Directors meets regularly to provide long-term strategic direction, brand development, and budget oversight for the organization. We are always looking for committed ambitious new members (no previous Board experience required). 2025 BOARD MEMBERS
Amanda Cole, President
Company Member since 2022; Attended Carnegie Mellon Univ. before relocating to Connecticut for law school, and then returning home to the North Hills of Pittsburgh. When not wrangling her husband, two daughters, and dog she enjoys playing in City Flutes and taking adult dance classes.
Carrie Woodard, Secretary
Company Member since 2024; Proud mom of two talented kiddos, urban education leader, freelance writer, musical theatre enthusiast and lover of the arts. BS: Temple University, MA: University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
Lauren Connolly, Treasurer
Founding Company Member, since 2012. Resident Assistant Stage Manager at City Theatre Company. BA in Theatre Arts from Catawba College in North Carolina. Lover of all aspects of theatre, esp. stage management, acting and sound design. Also enjoys music, and plays mandolin, piano and guitar. Currently resides in Castle Shannon with her husband Chris, their son Kylan, and their dog, Benny.
Ryan Kerr, Board Member
Company Member since 2024; Ryan grew up doing community theater in Erie, PA, and currently resides in NYC. Career Event Producer for 15 years, He formerly worked front of house at several Broadway shows, and used to work at Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS.
